WINNERS!
Richard Lifshitz & Morgana Lakatos-Hayward seen here dancing in Blackpool, England at the Jr Championships April 2012.
They went on to win the whole event which is quite impressive and probably a first for a young Canadian couple. Needless to say that this couple are extremely talented and I’m sure we have only seen the beginning.
This result was less than a week after Richard & Morgana captured the Canadian Youth Latin title in Vancouver for the first time.
Viva Dance would like to congratulate Richard & Morgana for their recent success and would like to say that we are very proud and happy to be a part of your Canadian coaching team.

Trillium Hospital Fundraiser Performance- Lev & Natasha
Lev Eugene & Natasha Cardinal performed March 10th at the Cileno Club for the Fundraising dinner benefitting the Heart & Stroke Research Center at the Trillium Hospital.
They did a great show and made Viva Dance very proud, as usual!

KIDS LATIN Class
Viva Dance is offering a new beginner latin class for kids by Tanya Cardinal
Class is starting Wednesday March 28th from 5-6pm.
The cost for 10 weeks is $80/child.
(Approx. 6-10 years old) Minimum enrollment required.
This class will run for a total of 10 weeks and the children will learn the basics of 3 popular latin dances. Partner is not required.
Class location: Top 1 Centre, located at 39 Riviera Drive, Markham.

Ready to Dance!!! at Toronto Hyundai
Four of our young students performed at a Chinese New Year’s event at Toronto Hyundai dealership on January 29th.
Simona & Gianluca and Martina & Marco performed a Cha Cha after having taken lessons for only a couple of months. Great job kids!!!

We have found a home for the Wednesday night group classes.
Classes are held at Top 1 Centre located at 39 Riviera Drive in Markham.
The Beginner/Intermediate standard class will be held at 7:30-8:30 pm (March dance is Foxtrot), and the Silver/Gold latin class will be held from 8:30-9:30pm (March dance is Rumba).

The 8th annual Maple Leaf Classic held at the Delta Meadowvale Resort & Conference Center was a great succes!!!
Thank you to all the studios and competitors who have once again supported this event. This event is held in order to benefit our Ontario and Canadian dancers, both professionals & amateurs, with scholarships and financial help in their travels to represent Canada at World çhampionships.
